Cocktail receptions

Our cocktail receptions are unique to the catering industry.

Our menu boasts a selection of over 80 hors-d’oeuvres made fresh, not frozen. We prepare them 24 to 48 hours prior to your event.

Most of our hors-d’oeuvres are low-carb and many are also gluten free. Our approach is all about flavour and texture! 


Banquet service and sit-down dinners

We take pride in preparing banquet receptions and sit-down dinners to create memorable food experiences for you and your guests to enjoy.

We use a European style of food presentation for our buffet tables. We use a combination of china, baskets, glass bowls, stainless steel platters, and wooden trays. Our tablecloths are colourful or traditional white. We can assist you with; decor, music, outdoor marquees and any other requirements you might have. 



The restaurant comes to you. Just hand over your kitchen to a chef. That way, you can relax and enjoy your own party. Whether it’s an event for two or many more, at home or elsewhere, our chef Eric Patenaude and his team will prepare a gourmet feast that exceeds all your expectations and delights your guests.

Our team will arrive 1 hour before service and prepare your dinner according to your instructions. A server will take care of serving you and then leave you a clean kitchen at the end of the event. You will feel like you’ve lived a dream—except for the fact that you ordered just a little too much, and now it is sitting in the refrigerator.
